Carries out an assigned territorial operation in a manner that will ensure the maximum sales in accordance with company selling policies and procedures Responsibilities - Achieve or exceed his/her sales target. - Detail, sell and service the physicians, pharmacists and purchasing officers to ensure the maximum use of company products. - Effectively carries out sales / marketing programs in accordance with the sales / marketing plan and the directives of National Sales and Area Manager management - Enlist new / pushed products to hospitals in accordance with sales / marketing plan. - Prepare and submit the following reports for the proper administration of their activities - Visiting plan - Daily report - Monthly report - Functional reports - Maintains all assigned company equipment, records, materials and supplies on a presentable, well-organized and functional condition, including the safekeeping of all confidential information. Is responsible to return all company property to the company when employment is terminated. - Keeps informed regarding competitive information, company product situation and other market condition. - Maintains strict discipline in sampling, entertainment and gift. - Devotes all working hours to the promotion and sales of company products. The Medical Representative shall not directly or indirectly accept any employment from any other parties while in the official employment of company.
